Your account removal confirmation number can be located via your accounts associated email address.

Alternatively, if done through Facebook, the confirmation number will be visible immediately after sending the request.

A valid email address is required to delete your Customer Account.

Enter the email address that is associated with your Customer Account.

Email addresses are not upper/lower case sensitive. This means that capital and lower case letters are considered the same letter or character. For security, the characters (letters and numbers) entered in the email field must match the email address for your Customer Account - regardless of whether the letters of either are capitals or lower case.

You will receive a confirmation receipt of your account removal via email at this same address.
