You can now view all available nights, up to a full year ahead, of any campsite that is showing unavailable for your selected dates. Unavailable campsites are shown on the map or list as gray icons.
Show Available Dates
The description window of any unavailable campsite includes a large blue button with "Show Available Dates". Use this button to reveal an interactive calendar that shows every available date for that campsite — allowing you to easily change your dates so you can reserve that favorite campsite.
This will also reset your selected dates so that you can select more than one campsite for the same dates.

General Riverside County Parks Policies
The following rules apply to all regional parks in Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District.
- All local, state, and federal laws shall be enforced in all District Regional Parks. County of Riverside Ordinance 328 shall be enforced in all District Regional Parks.
- The posted speed limit shall be observed.
- Vehicles must remain on park roads and/or designated parking spaces.
- Child/youth is defined as age 12 and under, children under the age of 2 are granted free entry into the parks.
- All pet fees are per animal. Maximum three (3) dogs/horses total. Pets are not allowed in Lawler Lodge, Lawler Alpine, and the Cabins at Rancho Jurupa Park.
- Service animals are exempt from the pet fee and the maximum limit of three (3) dogs/horses.
- Dogs must be controlled and on a leash at all times no longer than six (6) feet in length.
- Never leave pets unattended. Pets must be kept inside RV or tent overnight.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up waste generated from their pet(s).
- A transfer is a forfeit of fees. Once a reservation has been transferred, it is no longer eligible for refund. Reservation fees are non refundable.
Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District reserves the right to cancel or modify any existing reservation for any reason.
For most of our parks, there is a 14-night maximum stay limit per customer. Please check individual park policy limits. Creating multiple user IDs to bypass the 14-night rule is not acceptable. Reservations made under multiple user IDs will not be honored. If you attempt or participate in any prohibited or unlawful activities, your reservation may be blocked, terminated or canceled without notice, and you may not be allowed to make any future reservations.
Camping Policies
- Quiet hours at all parks are observed from 10:00pm to 6:00am. Loud and/or disruptive behavior may result in immediate expulsion from campgrounds without refund.
- Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 1:00pm. Camping day is defined as follows: All or part of the period beginning 2:00pm each day and ending 1:00pm the following day. Unless otherwise stated, fees are per day.
- Maximum of six (6) people per campsite.
- Maximum of one (1) camping unit/RV with one (1) tent OR two (2) tents per campsite. No more than two (2) motorized vehicles allowed per campsite. Valid insurance and registration is required on all vehicles; must be able to provide proof upon request.
- Generators are permitted except during quiet hours 10pm - 6am so long as the noise does not disturb the peace and quiet of the campground or neighboring sites. Generators are not permitted to be used at any time at Mayflower Park.
- All trailers and motor homes must be roadworthy and safe.
- Camper shell must not be removed from the vehicle at any time.
- No trailer may be dropped-off without an operable vehicle available on site.
- Camping Unit defined as a self-contained trailer, tent camper, 5th wheel, motorhome, VW van, or van conversion that is meant for human habitation
- Golf carts must be DMV Street legal, insured, and shall count as the second/extra vehicle for campsite. Golf carts must be operated by licensed adults only.
HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT
- 1. Hold Harmless. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the County of Riverside, its Agencies, Districts, Special Districts and Departments, the Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District, their respective Boards, directors, officers, elected and appointed officials, employees, agents and representatives, ("Indemnified Parties"), from any liability including, but not limited to the actions of the Indemnified Parties, its officials, agents, employees, representatives from and against any and all losses, expenses, claims, actions, liabilities, and judgments, which I may sustain or suffer as a result of or arising out of my participation in a District program or event or use of a District managed facility.
- 2. Assumption of the Risk/ Release of Liability. I hereby assume all responsibility for any and all risk of property damage or bodily injury that I may sustain while participating in a District program or event, including the use of equipment and facilities of the District, the County of Riverside ("County"), and any other agency affiliated with the site or program. I, for myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive and discharge the District, County and State and its officers, directors, employees, agents and volunteers of and from any and all claims which I or my heirs, administrators and assigns ever may have against any of the above for, on account of, by reason of or arising in connection with such my participation therein, and hereby waive all such claims, demands and causes of action. I release, discharge, and agree not to sue the District, County, its respective Boards, directors, officers, elected and appointed officials, employees, agents and representatives from any liability whatsoever for any injury, death or damage to or loss of personal property.
- 3. Professional Conduct. I agree to act appropriately and in a professional, courteous manner during my participation in District programs and events. I will not misuse public facilities, property or materials. I am fully and solely responsible for any and all loss or damage that I inflict upon any person or upon the public facilities during my participation, and I will compensate the District for any loss sustained as a consequence of my negligence, reckless behavior, or omission.
- 4. Insurance not provided. I understand that as a participant, user, or volunteer, I will not receive any medical or workers' compensation insurance which automatically covers me for injuries or death sustained while participating in District events. If I believe I need such insurance, then I am solely responsible for maintaining such insurance and for all medical expenses I may incur related to my participation.
- 5. Video-Photo Release. I understand that my photograph may be taken while participating and I agree that my photograph, including video photography, film photography, or other reproduction of my likeness may be used without charge by the District and County, and its directors, officers, officials, employees, and agents for educational and promotional purposes.
- 6. Repair and Replacement. I agree that I accept all financial and legal responsibilities for any claims and services required due to my actions, damages or injuries to any person(s) or property. I will repair or replace any property damaged by me in a timely manner.
Campsite Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation fee of $14 if cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date and check-in time.
- Cancellation fee of $14 + first night camping fee, if Cancelled 13 days or less prior to the arrival date and check-in time.
- Cancellations 2 days prior to the arrival date forfeit ALL fees.
- Please visit https://reserve.rivcoparks.org/cancel/ to look up or cancel your reservation prior to arrival. Penalties may apply.
- Reservation fees are non refundable
Transfer Policy
- Reservations may be transferred up to the day prior to the check-in date.
- A transfer fee of $8 per reserved site will be charged each time a reservation is transferred.
- A transfer is a forfeit of fees. Once a reservation has been transferred, it is no longer eligible for refund.
- Behavior may result in immediate expulsion from campgrounds without refund.
