Most but not all reservations can be cancelled online. If you need assistance cancelling a reservation, please call our Reservations Team at 1-800-234-park (7275). We'll be happy to help you with your plans.

Find Your Reservation Number

Your reservation number is located at the top left of your emailed or printed confirmation. If you reserved your site online or by phone, a copy will have been sent to the email address provided.

The first part of the number is 8 digits long and begins with 16. The second part, separated from the first by a dash, is 6 or 7 digits long.

This number, combined with your email address, is used to find your reservation in the Riverside County Parks reservation system.

Your Email Address

A valid email address is required to cancel your reservation online.

Enter the email address that was provided with your original reservation, whether online, by phone or at a park.

Email addresses are not upper/lower case sensitive. This means that capital and lower case letters are considered the same letter or character. For security, the characters (letters and numbers) entered in the email field must match the email address on your reservation - regardless of whether the letters of either are capitals or lower case.

You will receive a confirmation receipt of your cancellation via email at this same address.

Individual Campsite Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee of $14 if cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date and check-in time.

Cancellation fee of $14 + first night camping fee, if cancelled 13 days or less prior to the arrival date and check-in time.

Cancellations less than 2 days prior to the arrival date and check-in time forfeit ALL fees.

Group Camping Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee of $21 if cancelled 60 days or more prior to the arrival date and check-in time.

Cancellation fee of $21 + half first night camping fee, if cancelled 59 days to 2 days prior to the arrival date and check-in time

Cancellations less than 2 day prior to the arrival date and check-in time forfeit ALL fees.

Day Use Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee of $21 if cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival date and check-in time.

Cancellation fee of $21 + half rental fee, if cancelled 59 days to 2 days to the arrival date and before check-in time.

Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date forfeit ALL fees.

Cabins Cancellation Policy

Lawler Lodge, Lawler Alpine, and Cabins at Rancho Jurupa

Cancellation fee of $21 if cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival date and check-in time.

Cancellation fee of $21 + half first night camping fee, if cancelled 59 days to 2 days prior to the arrival date and check-in time.

Cancellations less than 2 days prior to the arrival date and check-in time (2:00pm) forfeit ALL fees.
